Joban Baeza

Joban grew up in a dusty west Texas town Near Amarillo. Over time his passion to serve others led him to a career in social services. Joban obtained a BA in Theological studies and started his career working in churches as a youth director. He then moved to working with GRO’s and ORR in 2007. Once in the shelter setting, Joban worked in a variety of positions including direct care staff, supervisor and multiple case management positions. In 2015 Joban transitioned to working with a Child Placing agency in different roles including foster home development, case management, adoptions, and supervisory roles. As a previously Licensed Administrator (LCPAA) and longtime CaseBook user, Joban has a unique perspective on CaseBook.

 

When he is not working, you will find him hanging out with his three daughters and lovely wife, or somewhere in nature in search of his next adventure!
