John Bumber

John is responsible for creating and developing the CaseBook® information system. He has over 30 years of experience as a software developer and analyst, building and modifying software for various industries. John brings a unique combination of design and development of software, database, and user interfaces to apply to the architecture of Rock Solid Foundation's CaseBook® software.
